Important: New Summer Technical Update Release and Online Course Maintenance Schedules
As of 2026, the Summer Update will move forward by two months each year with a release to DEMO in May, followed by a release to LIVE in June. Additionally, HEAT Online Courses will be updated as required following each Technical Update...
HEAT Support Helpdesk Meetings available Monday to Friday from September 2025
Following a successful pilot period, members can book an online meeting Monday - Friday with the team at HEAT Support, starting Monday 8th September 2025
Summer 2025 Update released to the LIVE database
We are pleased to announce the Summer 2025 Update is now available on the LIVE database, which includes improvements to the Reports page and the Student and Ambassador HESA Data Futures model field changes
