The Helpdesk at HEAT Support is the first point of contact for all enquiries (Monday to Friday 9AM to 3PM). Outside of these hours, emergencies regarding the Service can be reported to HEAT Emergency via emergency@heat.ac.uk. This email address is continually monitored but should be used for urgent issues only.

Any reported security concerns, such as a data breach or suspicious online activity will be assessed and dealt with immediately. Other reported issues will be dealt with as high priority during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM).
