Database Servers

Learn more about the databases available to our members and the links to access the HEAT system.

Database Server Information

We provide secure LIVE (data.heat.ac.uk) and DEMO (data-demo.heat.ac.uk) database environments for our membership to use.

The LIVE database is available to members for real-time use and is used on a day to day basis to record delivery data. The DEMO database is available to members for training and testing purposes, and can also be used to explore features and review the latest developments.

If you are a member and are locked out of the LIVE or DEMO database, your organisation’s HEAT Coordinator or Point of Contact can help get you back in.
