- Winter 2025 Update released to the LIVE database
We are pleased to announce the Winter 2025 Update is now available on the LIVE database, which includes the introduction of the new HEEL Submission Portal, alongside changes to support the recording and monitoring of Post-Entry Activities
After a period of testing on DEMO, the Winter 2025 Update has now been released to the LIVE database on Tuesday 9th December 2025
This deployment includes an major update to include the HEEL (Higher Education Evaluation Library) Submission Portal, which delivers the first phase of the project that we are working on in collaboration with TASO. Please see our announcement about this exciting launch.
We have also released changes to the Student and Activity record to support members to record post-entry data. This includes two new Student fields to help record if an individual has been in postgraduate study and if they are being targeted within your organisation’s Access and Participation Plan (APP), and an Activity record update to include ‘Post-Entry’ in the ‘Category’ field.
