- Upcoming Refresh of HEAT Online Training Courses following Winter 2025 Update
Following release of the Winter 2025 Update to the LIVE database, the online training courses will be refreshed on Monday 15th December 2025. Please ensure you complete any course you may still be working through before this date, as progress will be lost once the course has been updated
On Tuesday 9th December 2025, the Winter 2025 Update will be released to the LIVE database. Due to the changes being released in this deployment, we will be updating our online training courses to ensure these are consistent with the system. Please see our previous Technical Update discussing online course maintenance for more detail on the process.
Online Course Update Information
On Monday 15th December 2025, we will release refreshed versions of the following online training courses available on the HEAT Moodle Board:
- HEAT Essentials
- Administering and Managing HEAT
- Key Stage 4 Track
- Student Ambassador Programme
As we will be updating the content of the training to reflect changes released, please ensure you complete any courses that you are currently working through before Monday 15th December as any progress will be overwritten by the update. If you have already completed a course, this refresh will not affect this and all certificates issued will still be valid.
