The HEAT system provides users with instant access to monitoring data and reporting based on ‘live’ data recorded on the system. Monitoring data can be accessed in a variety of ways to suit all users’ needs: via the user interface using interactive filtering and search tools, via HEAT’s Reports and Reporting tools as well as being available to export in a raw format (csv file).

Integrated Dashboard

High-level monitoring data can be viewed instantly on the HEAT’s integrated Dashboard, allowing immediate checking of data collection quality and student background profiling. For a more detailed monitoring report, HEAT produce an interactive Activity and Student monitoring report in Microsoft Power BI.

Reporting Tools

The HEAT ‘Delivery Report’ instantly provides a breakdown of activity and student delivery for each member organisation user. The report can be set to a specific academic year or date range, to examine data for specific schools or Further Education Colleges or data pertaining to particular activities or students. Once run, the report generates a Word document which can be customised to follow users’ own branding schemes.

Another of HEAT’s instant monitoring reports comes in the form of the ‘Beneficiary Infographic’ which summaries your engagement with a particular partner institution. This visual infographic can be shared with partner schools or colleges as a record of your work with them over a specified date range.

Data Exports

HEAT exports allow instant access to all Activity, Institution, Student data, which can be manipulated by users to create bespoke monitoring reporting. Additional electronic data capture tools such as the HEAT Registration Tool and Event Programme allow seamless data entry and centralised monitoring.

Survey Data

The HEAT system also features its own integrated Survey Tool, allowing members to design and share electronic questionnaires that can be linked to participant and activity data for evaluation purposes. This tool can be used to collect monitoring and evaluation data from activity participants and stored on students’ records.
