Festive Greetings and HEAT Closure Dates 2024
Over the Winter holiday, the HEAT Service will close from Friday 20th December 2024 to Wednesday 1st January 2025 inclusive

Due to the HEAT Service team meeting taking place all day on Wednesday 27th November, the Helpdesk will not be staffed during its usual hours 9.00 – 15.00

The Research Blog post about Using HEAT to record and evaluate Post-Entry Interventions has been updated to include three member's experiences of implementing Privacy Notices to support post-entry working
