
We are pleased to announce a new addition to our suite of online training courses, which explores how to capture data for tracking so you are best placed to get the most out of your impact analysis and evaluation.
This course is designed to help all users to confidently use the database’s data capture tools, whether you are new to HEAT, new to evaluation or an experienced user. Guided by real member experiences, the course will help you consider all aspects of the data capture journey and how HEAT tools can optimise your own methods of data capture and internal processes, supporting with Recording and Monitoring stage of the evaluation cycle.
In completing the course, you will have the key knowledge to streamline your processes where necessary, reduce the potential for errors, and feel confident in your data capture methods.
The new course expands on the concepts and skills introduced in our foundational course, HEAT Essentials. To get the most value from this advanced training, we strongly recommend completing HEAT Essentials first, if you have not already done so.
