
We are pleased to announce that our trial of bookable meetings via the HEAT Support Helpdesk has been successful, and we are now extending our offer of these to take place throughout the week.
From Monday 8th September, our 30-minute meeting slots can be booked between 10.00AM and 12.00PM, Monday to Friday. You can use this time to ask questions about issues you may be experiencing, enquire about accessing a database feature, or chat about an existing HEAT Support Helpdesk Ticket.
These meetings are available to HEAT members and will be information gathering sessions where a member of the HEAT Support team will listen, ask questions to understand what is required, and then follow up with next steps. This could be locating resources, logging a ticket with the Technical team, or simply passing your request onto the right colleague. Please be aware this is an information gathering session and we may not be able to immediately resolve your issue, which may need further investigation.
