We are keen to offer a variety of ways in which our members can gain help and advice. Furthermore, we are aware that sometimes it’s easier to talk through your query, so we are delighted to announce that we will be trialling an additional way to get in touch with the HEAT Support Helpdesk Team. Starting from March 17th 2025, on Monday and Wednesday mornings, we are offering 30-minute bookable slots to talk to our agents. This time can be used to ask questions, report issues, or outline how you intend to start a task that involves using the HEAT Service.
These meetings will be information gathering sessions where the Agent will listen, ask questions to understand intention, and then follow up with next steps. This could be locating resources, logging a ticket with the Technical team, or simply passing your request onto the right colleague.
We invite all our members to consider chatting with us if it’s more convenient to do so. We look forward to hearing from you.
Meetings will be available between 10.00 AM and 12.00 PM every Monday and Wednesday and will need to be booked at least one hour in advance.
