Advanced warning of Winter 2024 Update LIVE release

After a period of testing on DEMO, the Winter 2024 Update is due to be released to the LIVE database on Tuesday 10th December 2024 at 11 AM.

We invite members to test out the changes released to DEMO and feedback any queries you may have.

During and after deployment to the LIVE database, members may experience possible disruptions for up to 1-2 hours, and any background tasks will be paused to allow our Technical Team to deploy the changes successfully. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your patience during this process.

Expected System Downtime:

Following deployment of the Winter Update to the LIVE database on Tuesday 10th December, there will be system downtime on Wednesday, 11th December at 9 AM, where the database will be offline for 5-10 mins in order to finalise some updates. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your patience during this process.
