Following the launch of HESA’s new SEISA measure, a UK-wide area-based measure of deprivation released in March 2024, we have worked with HESA to integrate their measure into the HEAT System, for members to use alongside other disadvantage measures.
So far, we have incorporated HESA’s UK-Wide SEISA Decile metric into the Postcode Profiler Report.
We would now like to invite members to feedback on how they use or intend to use this new deprivation measure, to inform how we proceed with further integration of the new measure into the database. Even if you are not using the measure, we’d really like to hear from you in our short survey.
As a part of SEISA’s development, HESA are also keen to hear this feedback regarding their new measure so that they can take it into consideration for review, so we plan to share anonymised survey results with them.
So, as to review, pass on and incorporate the feedback as needed, the deadline for this completing this survey is Monday 30th September 2024.
As always, we sincerely appreciate your feedback so that we can continue to develop and ensure our service and tools support with all aspects of your evaluation cycle.
If you have any queries in regards to this announcement, please don’t hesitate to contact HEAT Support.
