Member Survey 2023: Your Opinion Matters

We have been working on a survey which aims to gather feedback about the database and wider Service. We are delighted to announce that the Member Survey 2023 is now live, and we are inviting all Users to complete the survey. It asks questions about your experience using the database, website and wider Service, alongside some questions about research and strategy.

As a collective, we rely on our membership sharing their experiences so that we can continually improve the Service. Whether you use the database on a daily basis, or only a couple of times a year, your feedback is essential because it will help us decide which strategic direction HEAT should take in the coming years, and what improvements should be made to our database to maximise value for our members.

HEAT Member Survey, open for submission until 31st May 2023

This short Survey will only take 5-10 minutes to complete, and all answers are confidential and secure. You are able to complete this survey anonymously if you wish. We ask that all answers are submitted by Wednesday 31st May 2023, with the results to be shared with the membership in due course.

We want to thank you in advance for your valued insights; these will be used to ensure our team continues to meet the needs of our membership and improve the HEAT Service in 2023 and beyond.
