May Bank Holidays and Closure Details 2025

The HEAT Service will be closing for the Early May and Spring bank holidays across May 2025

As we approach the beginning of May, we would like to inform members of our upcoming bank holiday closure dates.

The HEAT Service will close for the following dates:

  • Early May bank holiday, Monday 5th May (reopening Tuesday 6th May)
  • Spring bank holiday, Monday 26th May (reopening Tuesday 27th May)

The HEAT Support Helpdesk will therefore be closing on Friday 2nd May, and Friday 23rd May at 3:00 PM, and will reopen at 9:00 AM the day following each bank holiday Monday.
