- Festive Greetings and HEAT Closure Dates 2024
Over the Winter holiday, the HEAT Service will close from Friday 20th December 2024 to Wednesday 1st January 2025 inclusive
As we approach the end of 2024, we would like to inform members of our Winter closure dates. Our hosts, the University of Kent, will close on Friday 20th December 2024 to Wednesday 1st January 2025 inclusive.
The Helpdesk at HEAT Support will therefore be closing for the holiday period from 3:00 PM on Thursday 19th December 2024 and will reopen 9:00 AM Thursday 2nd January 2025. Should you have any security concerns during this time, please contact emergency@heat.ac.uk.
Reflecting on 2024
We would like to thank our members for all their engagement and feedback offered over the past 12 months. Your contributions through our specialist working groups, consultations, surveys and database enhancements have been invaluable in shaping the path forward for HEAT.
Our team is very proud to celebrate the successes of this year. Highlights include developing the Institution Profile Coverage tab and new Institution Profile and Assessment of Performance Dashboards, to introducing the Contextualised Higher Education Entry Track, to announcing our work in the post-entry space and launching our new website – we could not have achieved so much without your support along the way. As we look towards the future, we are excited to see how we can improve the Service through the System Review, and will keep you updated on our progress.
We wish all our members a very happy holiday and look forward to meeting again in the new year.
