If you have an evaluation to share, we would like to encourage you to be one of the first contributors to the Higher Education Evaluation Library (HEEL). You can submit an evaluation at any stage, whether it is being planned, is underway, or has been completed.
Submissions can be made using the HEEL Submission Portal, hosted on the HEAT database. Your submission will then appear in the HEEL website – the public-facing, searchable database hosted by TASO – which will launch in November 2026 and will include all submitted evaluations.
Sharing your evidence through the HEEL will help build a valuable sector-wide learning resource, enabling us all to learn from one another and develop our understanding around the impact of the important work you are doing.
Users with a HEAT account and the ‘Coordinator’/’Coordinator Lite’ or ‘Lead’/’Lead Lite’ Database Roles can access the HEEL Submission Portal.
If a colleague already has a HEAT User account and requires access, you can grant this by assigning them a Custom Role that includes the relevant HEEL permissions.
If a colleague does not yet have a HEAT User account, you can create a User record and assign them the ‘HEEL’ Database Role. This role provides access to the HEEL Submission Portal only, without access to the wider HEAT system.
Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm. We’re excited to support the sector with this next chapter in evaluation and look forward to building the HEEL’s future together. For more information about the HEEL and guidance on submitting an evaluation, please visit TASO’s HEEL webpage.
