- General performance improvements.
- Fixed an error that occurred when copying Evaluation Plans with an attached methodology.
- Improved import logic for creating and registering Ambassador records to Work Opportunities simultaneously.
- Updated Student Ambassador Portal logic to automatically preselect the Work Opportunity session when only one is available, enabling the ‘Apply’ button. Added a warning dialog for attempts to apply without selecting a session.
- Resolved an error in Ambassador records which prevented Ambassador contracts from being downloaded.
- Added logic to automatically trim leading and trailing spaces from email input in ‘Forgot Password’ requests.
- Removed the ‘Session Total Parent/Carer’ and ‘Total Session Staff’ fields from the Activity Export as part of follow up to the Summer 2024 Update, during which these fields were removed from the database.
- Fixed a bug that was generating Ambassador Contracts with an incompatible file type.
- Updated the logic for the Privacy Statement on the Ambassador Application Form, which can now be hidden, made visible or marked as visible and required.
- The option to make the Supporting Documents tab and fields hidden, visible, and visible and required has been added to public forms within the Ambassador Application Forms and Event Programme Forms areas of the database.
- In Event Programmes Forms, the ‘Submission Confirmation Message’ has been renamed to ‘Pre-Submission Confirmation Message’, and a new section description has been added to the database to aid users using this field.
- Resolved an issue with the Import validation process where commas were not properly recognized within values entered on the Import Template.

Improved the search logic in the main record types to correctly handle apostrophes in searches.
- Improved the Activity Calendar view to better manage multiple activities which are taking place on a single day.
- Updated the source data for the Postcode Profiler report and improved the report’s usability.
- Fixed a bug that prevented Ambassador Portal Users from seeing Timesheets and Expenses when using quick filters on the Ambassador Portal.

Resolved an issue with Custom Data fields that allowed multiple custom data entries to have the same position on the system, preventing them from being ordered correctly.

Updated the sharing permission logic to prevent Users from losing access to their own institution’s Evaluation Plans when another institution restricts shared access.
- Addressed an issue that caused fields hidden by Users to appear when creating a new Work Opportunity record.

Resolved an issue where the ‘Ethnicity’ field values were not displayed in the Event Programme Application export when created as a custom question. Please note: this fix means that the data included within the Ethnicity column of an Event Programme Application export has now changed from the code to the name (label) and code representing the value.
- Updated the contract logic on the Work Opportunity record to ensure that only compatible Contract Bands can be applied when Contract Templates are used as eligibility criteria.
- Resolved an issue within the Work Opportunities Notes tab, which stopped members from being able to edit the ‘Opportunity Details’ field.
- Improved the logic in Ambassador Applications to ensure the ‘Permission to Track’ field in existing Ambassador records are updated based on the ‘Privacy Statement’ field from their linked application.
- Resolved an issue where Event Programme Applications with a ‘Legal Basis’ of ‘Legal Obligation’, ‘Legitimate Interest’, or ‘Public Task’ were incorrectly presenting the ‘Permission to Track’ value as ‘No’ instead of ‘Yes’ as the determined legal basis of the form when exported.
- Fixed an issue where field i-Buttons were not displaying on HEAT Default Role privileges.

- Updated the logic on the Work Opportunity tab of Ambassador records to ignore local time settings, ensuring ‘Start/End Date and Time’ match the original Work Opportunity record without displaying an hour ahead.
- Improved the logic on Student imports to automatically register Students as ‘Attended’ on the Activity record when they are recorded as ‘Attended’ on a Session within that Activity.
- In the Activity record Students tab, the ‘Add Student’ search field has been updated to improve how users can add records to the Student Register table. Search results will now appear once you have typed in the Student name or HEAT ID and pressing Enter. If a record is found, this will be available for you to select. Any subsequent searches will also require pressing Enter to prompt the system to search for results. This change has been made to improve system performance, replacing the previous functionality which returned results automatically when typing out a Student’s name or HEAT ID. For more information on how to use this field, please see the i-Button.
- In the Ambassador record Contract tab, the logic of the ‘Generate Contract’ field has been improved. This field now only displays Contract Templates with valid Contract Bands. If a Contract Template contains a deleted Contract Band, it will no longer appear in the available list of options.
- In the Contracts area of the Ambassador Portal, an error has been fixed which previously prevented the Contract file to be downloaded by Ambassadors.
