Fixed submission error which occurred on Ambassador Application Forms when the ‘Sex’ field was required

Fixed the error experienced when attempting to delete a Student record/s which had a previous duplicate record associated that had been marked as ‘Ignored’ on the database

2.29.7 (Released 10/09/2025)

Improved the way the system logs data when running the Uni Connect Partnership Office for Students Monitoring Report, to aid investigation into any issues experienced when generating this on the database

2.29.8 (Released 16/09/2025)

Updated the system logic to aid investigation into why the Uni Connect Partnership Office for Students Monitoring Report is not running as expected when the ‘Include Data’ option is selected

Update to the Uni Connect Partnership Office for Students Monitoring Report to fix the error that caused anomalies with the Student ‘Sex’ field calculations

Implemented multifactor database authentication for all HEAT Users, Ambassadors and Referee accounts
Multifactor database authentication and password reset emails are now sent immediately without being placed in a queue, improving the time it takes for HEAT Users to receive their authentication challenge code and password reset emails
Improved validation messaging on Ambassador and Referee ‘Forgot Password’ pages when the ‘Email Address’ entered is not in a recognised Email Address format
Fixed issues that occurred when Email Templates are very large and failed to send

2.29.12 (Released 07/10/2025)

Added a keep-alive mechanism to prevent session timeouts when users are actively using a page on the HEAT database
Implemented general improvements to the database indexes

2.29.13 (Released 22/10/2025)

Added the LA UPN property to the student API payload for GET and UPDATE requests.
‘Expected HE Entry Year’ will now be shown in import validation when ‘Auto Calculate HE Entry’ is set to false and the field is missing from the original import template
Updated the Programme Title field on ambassador records to have a maximum length of 100 characters
Fixed Postcode Profiler formula references on the summary sheet
Updated the Final Login Reminder email to include the account’s scheduled deactivation time
Updated HESA Report logic to verify that Users have permission to export students and view student HESA data before allowing report downloads
Updated field validation for first, middle, last, and preferred names to only allow approved symbols: [space] – , ‘ ( ) . and backtick (`)
Fixed an issue where the Work Opportunity closing date was not displayed on the Student Ambassador Portal work opportunity search grid

Resolved an error in Institution exports where deleted records were incorrectly labelled with code “64” in the ‘Record State’ column
Fixed an issue with the ‘Accepted for Week’ hours calculation on the Work Opportunity Applicants table to correctly total hours between Monday and Sunday
Corrected export logic so Activities without registered Students now show a blank ‘Evaluation Group’ field instead of displaying ‘0’ as the value
Resolved an issue which caused hidden Activity fields to appear in the Activity Import Template
Corrected an error which occurred when generating Activity Record Event report
Created a migration to move all historic Event Programme Form field data from the old ‘First Generation HE’ mapped field to the new field values
Updated Student and Ambassador record ‘Sex’ field logic to allow null values to be saved both on the database and through the import process

2.29.15 (Released 05/11/2025)

Updated Student Privacy Form and Hard Copy fields so the ‘Individual’ and ‘Staff by Proxy’ fields are no longer required to save
Fixed an issue where the ‘Gender’ field prevented Ambassador record details from being saved on the Ambassador Portal
