Important news about upcoming User authentication

As part of our commitment to security, User authentication upon login is being implemented. From September 2024, each user will be required to verify access by entering a code every 7 days. This will be optional at organisation level for the academic year of 2024-25, allowing the opportunity to incorporate this adjustment into process.

From September 2025, sign-on verification will be mandatory for all HEAT Users. To assist with this change, we have created The HEAT System and Authentication document (members only). It provides general information on verification alongside key dates for adopting its use.
