- Activity Beneficiary Counts fix in development
An issue affecting Activity Beneficiary has been identified, where negative values are occurring within the total student beneficiary counts. A fix is currently in development and will undergo testing before deployment.
What is the issue?
We are aware of an issue affecting Activity Beneficiary Counts within Activity records. In some Activity records, negative values are being incorrectly generated within the Unknown Participants column, which can affect the total number displayed for beneficiaries.
How we are addressing the issue
Previously, affected members were initially contacted with detail of impacted Activity records. Since then, we have been working hard with the development team to identify why this issue is occurring. The team believe they may have diagnosed the issue and are ready to implement a fix.
What happens next?
We are awaiting full detail of the fix. Once ready, it will be thoroughly tested and released as a hotfix, with an update provided to members following its release. Please do keep an eye out on the Technical Hotfix page.
Upon LIVE release, we will once again contact members whose Activity records have been affected with suggested instructions on how to amend. We appreciate your patience while this is being resolved.
