We invite feedback on our service via the the Feedback Form. For any urgent feedback matters, members should still complete the form but also contact HEAT Support to ensure it is picked up quickly.
Please note: If you are completing a request whilst logged onto the HEAT database, this form is subject to your User Timeout Period (members only). To avoid being logged out prior to the submission of your feedback, which may result in you losing the information you have entered, we recommend that you log out of the database before completing the form. Alternatively, you can open the Feedback form in a private window or separate browser.
