Members are invited to attend the upcoming webinar to learn more about the changes being deployed to the database in the Winter 2025 Update, taking place on Tuesday 25th November 2025, 1:00 – 2:15 PM
We are pleased to announce we will be releasing the latest Technical Update for Winter 2025 to the LIVE database in November 2025. As a reminder, the Winter 2025 Technical Update deployment dates are as follows:
- DEMO database deployment: Tuesday 11th November at 11:00 AM
- LIVE database deployment: Tuesday 9th December at 11:00 AM
Important upcoming changes
The changes made as part of the Technical Update will be deployed to the DEMO database on Tuesday 11th November 2025 for members to preview and familiarise themselves.
We are offering users a chance to tune in and see the latest developments before they are deployed to LIVE. The webinar on 25th November will cover core database changes and will also include an exclusive preview of the Higher Education Evaluation Library (HEEL) Submission Form.
Currently a significant amount of time is spent across the sector, researching and developing theories of change based on a sound rationale and assumption and suitable methods of data collection. It makes sense, therefore, to share this type of information through an evaluation library. HEAT has been working with TASO to create just such a library and the first phase of this is the creation of a HEEL Submission Form, hosted within the HEAT system. Many of you have been involved in the consultation process around this development and we look forward to showcasing the completion of the first phase at the webinar.

Further details will then be sent out to registered attendees in due course. If you are unable to attend, the recording will be published after the event.
