Members are invited to attend the upcoming webinar to learn more about the changes being deployed to the database in the Summer 2025 Update, taking place on Thursday 31st July 2025, 12:00 – 1:15 PM
We are pleased to announce we will be releasing the latest Technical Update for Summer 2025 to the LIVE database in August 2025. As a reminder, the Summer 2025 Technical Update deployment dates are as follows:
- DEMO database deployment: Tuesday 15th July at 11:00 AM
- LIVE database deployment: Tuesday 19th August at 11:00 AM
Important upcoming changes
The changes made as part of the Technical Update will be deployed to the DEMO database on Tuesday 15th July 2025 for members to preview and familiarise themselves.
It is important to note that there are significant changes within this update that may affect how you interact with the system, particularly if you use the importing, exporting and reporting functions (including dashboards), or the API. These are largely connected to the new HESA Data Future model and the deprecation of Postcode indicator fields. We are collating these changes now and will post a separate summary providing the necessary detail shortly.
As a result, we would like to offer users a chance to tune in and see the latest developments before they are deployed to LIVE on Tuesday 19th August 2025. The webinar will cover core database changes and showcase other HEAT features.
