Summer 2024 Update Webinar

We are pleased to announce HEAT will be releasing its latest Technical Update for Summer 2024 to the LIVE database. As a reminder, the Summer 2024 Technical Update deployment dates are as follows:

• DEMO database deployment: Tuesday 16th July 2024, 11:00 AM
• LIVE database deployment: Tuesday 20th August 2024, 11:00 AM

Upcoming changes 

The changes made as part of the Technical Update will be deployed to DEMO for members to preview and familiarise themselves. As a result, we would like to offer Users a chance to tune in and see the latest developments before they are deployed to LIVE on the 20th August 2024. The webinar will cover core database changes and showcase other HEAT features.

New public website

We will also take the opportunity to discuss the new public HEAT website, which we have been developing as part of the project to review our Communications and Resources. We listened to your feedback about our current websites through the Member Survey last year, and an improved site with a focus on Research and Evaluation was part of the feedback actions that we committed to delivering to the membership in 2024. We are delighted to update you on our progress, and the changes that are coming to the database to support our transition to one public website.

More information informing Users of the upcoming changes will be published upon release to DEMO, and will be introduced at the webinar.
