Following the successful introduction of this webinar in September, we are delighted to announce we will be hosting the next Introduction to HEAT Webinar on Friday 28th March 2025, 14:00 – 15:00 PM for new or returning staff who are looking for a training session on the basics of being a HEAT User.
This webinar is an opportunity for members to sign up anyone new (or those just looking for a refresher) for an introduction to the Service and to learn some database essentials, such as navigating and customising the system, what the different records types are and where to access resources.
We welcome anyone to attend, particularly those who are new to the Service and would like to gain a greater understanding of HEAT and the essential skills to get a head start on using the database.
Depending on the needs of the membership, we hope to be able to offer this webinar once a term to ensure that members are able to signpost new staff relatively quickly if they need to know the basics.
This event will take place Friday 28th March 2025, 14:00 – 15:00 PM.
