We have listened to the membership who have indicated to us that it may be useful if we were able to provide your new or returning staff with a training session demonstrating the basics of being a HEAT User. We are delighted to announce we will be hosting the first Introduction to HEAT Webinar on Thursday 29th February, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
This webinar is an opportunity for members to sign up anyone new (or those just looking for a refresher) for an introduction to the Service and to learn some database essentials, such as navigating and customising the system, what the different records types are and where to access resources. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions if time allows.
We welcome anyone to attend, particularly those who are new to the Service and would like to gain a greater understanding of HEAT and the essential skills to get a head start on using the database.
Depending on the needs of the membership, we hope to be able to offer this webinar once a term to ensure that members are able to signpost new staff relatively quickly if they need to know the basics.
Thursday 29th February 2024, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Further details will then be sent out to registered attendees in due course. If you are unable to attend, the recording will be published after the event. We can’t wait to see you there!
Please note: We recommend that you log out of the HEAT database before completing your application to prevent potential time-out issues
If you have any queries or concerns regarding this announcement, please do not hesitate to contact HEAT Support.
