Email Template Workshop

We are delighted to announce our upcoming online workshop which will demonstrate the Email Template feature in the database, taking place on Tuesday 28th March 2023, from 14:00 – 15:00 PM. For those with appropriate role permissions, Email Templates can be accessed in the My HEAT section of the database and offers Users the ability to generate emails based on HEAT templates. This workshop will give a broad introduction and demonstrate how to edit templates to help Users ensure they are specific to your organisation’s needs. In addition, there will be general discussion on best practice when working with these templates.

This workshop is most suitable for Users who have access to Email Templates, and for those who have the Event Programme and/or the Student Ambassador Programme enabled, however those Users who do not use Email Templates are still welcome to come along and learn more.

How to register

This event will take place Tuesday 28th March 2023, 14:00-15:00 PM. Further details will be sent out to registered attendees in due course. If you are unable to attend, the recording will be published after the event. We can’t wait to see you there!
