Collecting participant data is essential for measuring impact, demonstrating outcomes, and reporting through the HEAT Service. To do this in a safe and secure way, HEAT members must ensure they are handling personal information in line with data protection requirements.
Join us for this practical webinar where we’ll explore the key data protection principles that underpin compliant data collection and discuss how these apply when gathering and managing individual data. We will discuss how data can be collected and stored, answer questions about retention, and identify how members can ensure they are compliant.
We welcome anyone to attend, whether you’re new to the system or a confident user who would like to learn more about data protection and the HEAT database.
This event will take place on Thursday 29th October 2026, 11:00-12:00.
