Update to the Monitoring Power BI Dashboard

We are pleased to announce that the Monitoring Power BI Dashboard has been updated to include a new Key Stage 5 (KS5) Attainment Track page, in anticipation for KS5 data for the 2023 exam year to become available later this spring.

This page allows you to monitor the number of students anticipated to be tracked into KS5 in upcoming exam years and the activities they have been registered to. The three HEAT Track pages in the Monitoring Dashboard support you to monitor if relevant data for successful tracking is being collected and to anticipate when long-term outcome data will become available via the HEAT Track.

Further notable updates to the dashboard include:

• Updated expected times of arrival for all HEAT Track data
• A new button to access the Monitoring Power BI Dashboard User Guide from the File Store
• Repositioning of existing buttons

You can access the updated version of the Dashboard from the File Store (members only).

Please note that if you have recently extracted data using an Export or the Monitoring Power BI Report, you can simply connect your latest extract to the updated Dashboard.
