Update to the Monitoring Power BI Dashboard

As we approach the new academic year, we are pleased to announce that the Monitoring Dashboard has been updated and a new version is available in the Reports area of the database and in the File Store (member access only).

What change have been made to the dashboard?

The Year on Year page has been updated to include Activity delivery and Student engagement in the new 2025/26 academic year.

The Student Characteristics page has been updated to appropriately account for all values, old and new, in the ‘Sex’, ‘First Generation HE’, ‘Free School Meals’, ‘Disability’ and ‘Ethnic Group’ fields. Other notable improvements include:

• Integration of the dashboard’s Terms of Use on the Cover Page
• Addition of alternating row background colours in table visuals to improve accessibility

Where can I access the updated dashboard?

You can download the updated dashboard from the newly designed Reports area of the database. You can find the Monitoring Dashboard under Evaluation Stage 3: Record and Monitor. Alternatively, you can also access it from the File Store (member access only).

Please note that if you have recently extracted data using an Export or the Monitoring Dashboard ‘Generate Data’ option in the Reports area, you can simply connect your latest extract to the updated Dashboard.
