New Resource Available: Higher Education Track Report Changelog

Following the release of the Summer 2026 Update to the database, the Higher Education (HE) Track Report was updated to improve the content and structure of the report. As part of this work, a review of the field names was undertaken, and the outcome of this was to add, rename or depreciate fields, and remove any duplicated or legacy content from the report output for ease of use.

To support members with any planning or changes in their recording because of these changes, we have provided a changelog document which outlines updates to the Student and Ambassador record fields provided in the HE Track Report.

What does the changelog contain?

The changelog file outlines the following information:

• The previous and new field values as a result of the change
• The action of the change; for example, new field value to be added, an archived field value
