Institution record data update: UCAS Centre Codes for UK Institutions

We are pleased to announce that the following field has been updated for UK-wide institutions, where data is available:

• ‘UCAS Code’

This updated field can be found in the ‘General’ section of the General tab. This update relates to data for the 2024 Calendar Year and the update applies to Secondary and 16 Plus institutions.

The UCAS Centre Code is a biennial update and so the next projected update will take place in September 2026.

For further information regarding which fields are updated on the Institution record and when, please see the Institution Profile Source resource. This can be accessed via the ellipsis (overflow menu) on any Institution record by selecting the option to ‘Download Source File’. Alternatively, this resource can be downloaded from the File Store (members only).
