Institution record data update: Refresh of Institution Email Addresses for UK Institutions

We are pleased to announce that the following field has been updated for all UK-wide schools, where data is available:

• ‘Office Email’

This field can be found in the General tab of an Institution record and under the section titled ‘Contact’. The field is also exportable via an Institution Export.

This update relates to data for the 2025 Calendar Year, which is the most recent available dataset. The update applies to Secondary and Further Education Phase institutions, and is intended to facilitate collaboration and support members in contacting institutions to widen their reach.

For further information regarding which fields are updated for each country’s update, please see the Institution Profile Source resource, which can be accessed via the ellipsis (overflow menu) on any Institution record (members only) by selecting the option to ‘Download Source File’.
