- Institution record data update: Refresh of Institution Email Addresses for UK institutions
The Institution records for UK-wide institutions have now been updated with the email addresses data pertaining to 2026
We are pleased to announce that the following field have been updated for UK-wide institutions, where data is available:
- ‘Office Email’
This field can be found in the General tab of an Institution record, under the section titled ‘Contact’. This update relates to data for the2026 Calendar Year, which is the most recent available dataset, and is intended to facilitate collaboration and support members in contacting institutions to widen their reach.

This can be accessed via the ellipsis (overflow menu) on any Institution record (members only) by selecting the option to ‘Download Source File’. Alternatively, this resource can be downloaded from the File Store (members only).
