In our last update on the Key Stage 4 and 5 Track for the 2024 exam year, we let you know that the Department for Education (DfE) had received the submission of our data for linking to 2024 exam results in the National Pupil Database (NPD).
Though we have received confirmation that the DfE have prepared our linked file and this has been submitted for ingest into the Office for National Statistic’s (ONS) Secure Research Service (SRS), we have unfortunately been unable to proceed with the creation of your member-level datasets due to a critical error with fields within the ingested file.
We are liaising with the ONS on the resolution of this issue, however at this stage we are unfortunately unable to confirm a firm timeline of when we will be able to access our fixed data and prepare your member-level datasets.
We are sorry that this update does not contain better news. Please accept our apologies and assurances that as soon as the issue is resolved we will prioritise the creation of your member-level datasets so that you are able to access them as soon as possible.
We will provide a further update as soon as further information is available, however if you have any questions about this update, please don’t hesitate to contact us via HEAT Support.
