End of Year Retention Update

Now that the Retention deadline has passed, any members with Student records remaining in the Retention Tool must remove these as soon as possible, or these records will be permanently deleted from the HEAT database on Thursday 19th December 2024

Thank you to all members who have worked with us to remove eligible Student records in the Retention Tool from the database, we appreciate your cooperation and assistance with this important task.

Any members with Student records remaining in the Retention Tool have been contacted with a request for these to be removed from the system as soon as possible, as the HEAT Service does not have permission to retain these on the database.

This is final notice that should any Student records remain on the system, they will be permanently deleted on Thursday 19th December 2024. This is to ensure we remain compliant with GDPR, the HEAT Legal Agreement and the Data Retention Schedule (section 12 of the HEAT Data Protection Policy).
