We will be closing on Monday 25th August, and reopen on Wednesday 27th August 2025, following the Summer Bank Holiday and additional day of leave for the HEAT Team

We would like to inform members that the HEAT Service will close on Monday 25th August, and reopen on Wednesday 27th August 2025. Our hosts, the University of Kent, have granted an additional day of leave following the Summer Bank Holiday.

The HEAT Support Helpdesk will therefore be closing at 3:00PM on Friday 22th August, and will reopen at 9:00AM on Wednesday 27th August 2025. Should you have any security concerns during this time, please contact emergency@heat.ac.uk.
