In order to ensure that the HEAT Privacy Notice remains transparent, robust and fit for purpose, we have recently added a paragraph to the end of Section 6 ‘What personal data is collected and stored?’ The text that has been added relates to our use of database User Data, and is as follows:
We may also collect, use and share User Data for the purpose of monitoring and improving the Service we offer and to evaluate equality of opportunity for access and success in higher education. User Data may be shared within the HEAT team, across the membership or externally. Any Membership or external reporting will be anonymised unless consent has been sought and given by a Member organisation to be named.
If you have any queries about this change, the Privacy Notice and Data Protection policy or Data Compliancy, please contact HEAT Support.
