May Bank Holidays and Closure Details 2024

The HEAT Service will be closing for the Early May and Spring bank holidays across May 2024

As we approach the beginning of May, we would like to inform members of our upcoming bank holiday closure dates.

The HEAT Service will close for the following dates:

  • Early May bank holiday: Monday 6th May 2024, reopening Tuesday 7th May 2024
  • Spring bank holiday: Monday 27th May 2024, reopening Tuesday 28th May 2024

The HEAT Helpdesk will therefore be closing on Friday 3rd May, and Friday 24th May at 3:00 PM, and will reopen at 9:00 AM the day following each bank holiday Monday.
