Festive Greetings (and HEAT Closure Details 2023)

As we approach the end of 2023, we would like to inform members of our Winter closure dates. Our hosts, the University of Kent, will close on Wednesday 20th December 2023 to Monday 1st January 2024 inclusive. The Helpdesk at HEAT Support will therefore be closing for the holiday period from 3:00 PM on Tuesday 19th December 2023 and will reopen 9:00 AM Tuesday 2nd January 2024. Should you have any security concerns during this time, please contact emergency@heat.ac.uk.

Please Note: The DEMO database will be offline and unavailable on Tuesday 19th December due to the downtime period scheduled.

We would like to thank our members for all their support, engagement and feedback offered over the past 12 months. Your contributions through our specialist working groups, consultations, surveys and database enhancements have been invaluable in shaping the path forward for HEAT.

Our team is very proud to celebrate the successes of this year. As we look towards the future, we are excited to see how we can improve our Service through the System Review, and implement major deployments in our new Technical Update schedule in Summer and Winter 2024.

We wish all our members a very happy holiday and look forward to meeting again in the new year.
