Closure Notice: HEAT Support Helpdesk Temporarily Closed for December Team Meeting

We would like to inform members that due to a Team Meeting taking place, the HEAT Service will be closed on Tuesday 1st December and Wednesday 2nd December, and will reopen on Thursday 3rd December 2026.

The HEAT Support Helpdesk will therefore be closing at 3:00PM on Monday 30th November and will reopen at 9:00AM on Thursday 3rd December 2026.

Members can still get in touch by emailing HEAT Support, however there will be no team staffing the Helpdesk and there will be a delay in responding to any queries. We will address all queries upon return, and we will be monitoring the Helpdesk in case of any data or system emergencies.
