- Resupplied Subject data for the HESA Track 2022/23 now available
The HESA Subject data for Students who entered, started a second course, or started a postgraduate course in 2022 is now available on the database
Following our announcement that the delayed HESA Track Data for the 2022/23 and earlier HE Entry Years has been released, we are pleased to confirm that the corrected 2022 Subject data has been re-supplied by Jisc, and it is now available for members on the HEAT database.
This means that all available HESA Track data for your entire tracked cohort is now available via the usual access options:
- On the Student record HESA tab
- Via an Activities Export using the ‘Including Students with HESA’ option
- Via the HESA Track Report ‘Download Data’ option

Upcoming HESA Track Webinar
Please join us for our upcoming webinar, From Data to Impact: Using the HESA Track for Evaluation, to celebrate the much-anticipated release of the new HESA Track 2022/23 data. We encourage all members to attend – whether you are new to HEAT or an experienced user looking for a refresher – as this event will have a particular focus on the using the HESA Track Dashboard to support your evaluation.
