How can I get help logging in?

The HEAT System has a number of security measures in place to prevent unauthorised access. Both inactivity and incorrect login attempts will temporarily disable a user’s account. If you have problems accessing the Database or Members Area of the website (both of which use your HEAT Live database credentials) this may be due to one of the following issues:

You are attempting to log into the incorrect location – please see HEAT Servers table
Your account has been disabled due to inactivity – please contact your HEAT Coordinator to be reactivated.
Your account has been locked as you have made 4 or more incorrect attempts to log in – please contact your HEAT Coordinator to be unlocked.
You have forgotten your password – select ‘Forgot password?‘, complete the required fields and an email will be sent to the registered email address with details on how to complete the process.
You have not received the ‘Forgotten Password’ or ‘Welcome to HEAT’ email – check any spam folders or liaise with your HEAT Coordinator to ensure the email address provided is correct.
You are being directed to the Public Website when using Member Website links – check you are logged into the Members Website. We strongly recommend that you log into the Members’ Area at the beginning of each day to ensure you always have instant access.

Please note: The system will not trigger a password reset if you are locked out due to incorrect attempts or inactivity.

For security reasons and the protection of your data, the HEAT Service are unable to manage User accounts. However any HEAT Coordinator are able to assist you with account requests.

_ga	2 years	The _ga cookie, installed by Google Analytics, calculates visitor, session and campaign data and also keeps track of site usage for the site's analytics report. The cookie stores information anonymously and assigns a randomly generated number to recognize unique visitors.
_gat_gtag_UA_132460595_1	1 minute	Set by Google to distinguish users.
_gid	1 day	Installed by Google Analytics, _gid cookie stores information on how visitors use a website, while also creating an analytics report of the website's performance. Some of the data that are collected include the number of visitors, their source, and the pages they visit anonymously.
